Summary

Kitchen interior with two female children. A dresser cabinet to left with blue and white plates placed on shelves and a violin and bow hanging to the right. Child on right on the right in a brown dress and pinnafore holds a large chunk of bread with her left hand and a bread knife with her right hand. A smaller child with her back turned faces the child on the right and has her left hand leaning on a stool to the left. Bowl of potatoes in the foreground to the right with knife and peelings.
