Summary

A monstrous creature dominates the image. It is formed of two bodies whose backs and heads are fused together. It has four legs each one ending in a deformed foot, formed of two feet joined at the back of the heel. The left facing side of the creature is pointing to a figure at the left edge of the picture. There are more grotesque creatures to the left and in the background.
