Summary

by Lafosse after Hughson Hawley. Image of a highly decorated building. At the bottom are curved entrances with fences in between, Above this are small, narrow windows, with triangular decorations above each one. These windows are flanked either side by columns. At the top of the building, in the middle is a sign which reads "FREE TRADE HALL", on the roof can be seen a flag pole.
