Summary
Monochrome city street scene. Tall Victorian and Georgian buildings to each side of street, with a clock tower visible in the centre background. A large number of people are processing down the street towards the viewer. To the left foreground a banner can be seen held at the head of the procession, other banners can also be seen further back. There are crowds of people gathered at each side of the street, watching the marchers. Many of the girls in the procession are wearing white dresses.
