Summary

A richly dressed man, wearing a turban and a fur trimmed cloak, stands outside a house. This man is facing the viewer, his head turned to the right. To the bottom right foreground is a child with his back to the viewer. A woman with a cloth held to her face is in the background to the right. Another woman can be seen looking out of the doorway to the left. Also to the left is a small dog, on the steps leading to the house. Buildings and trees can be seen in the background.
