Summary

A small unframed painting of the corner of a room, looking through a doorway into a second room, towards a window. In the doorway is a child safety gate, which has been left open. In the first room, to the left, is the end of a black leather sofa, and to the right is a television on an open-fronted cupboard, which is neatly stacked with books and games. Next to the cupboard is a taller unit, the partially glass front of which allows us to see the bottles and glasses it contains. In the far room are a couple of foldable wooden chairs and an electric guitar on a stand. The overall tone of the picture is light beige-pink, as the walls, floor and woodwork are all in these shades, and bright daylight streams through the window.
