Summary

Three quarter left side portrait of a lady in eighteenth century dress, with a tall turban-like headdress. She wears a semi-transparent lace shawl over a white dress with a red sash around her waist. A grey jacket covers her shoulders which is trimmed with gold. She looks directly at the viewer. Dark, neutral background and oval frame.
