The Baronial Hall, Chetham's Hospital, Manchester.

Summary

An interior view of the Baronial Hall at Chetham's Hospital, Manchester. The medieval hall's wall and floor is made of large stone blocks, and its high ceiling has dark wooden beams. The fireplace on the left is long and low. Above it hang crossed swords, and higher up on the same wall are two-light windows set in arches. To the right are small wooden screens. Behind the screen which stands away from the wall can be seen a doorway. A large circular light fitting hangs from the ceiling.
