Summary
Inside view of Free Trade Hall, Manchester, on the occasion of a fundraising bazaar for the school for the deaf and dumb in 1859. In the high ceiling can be seen three domed roof lights. At ground level on the left and right are blue striped canopies, under these are stalls selling items. At the far end of the roof, can be seen organ pipes which almost reach the top of the ceiling. In the centre of the hall are crowds of men, women and children.
