Free Trade Hall, Manchester.
Summary
An engraving, cut into an oval shape and hand-coloured in what looks like pencil crayon and watercolours. In the centre is Manchester's Free Trade Hall, a large rectangular italianate building. Nine curved archways can be seen on the ground floor, and above are nine curved arches with windows below them. On the roof is a flag pole, with a Union flag attatched to it. People are walking along the pavements, and horses with carriages can be seen on the road.
