Summer Flowers

Irene Wyatt 1903 - 1987

Summary

Still life group of a spray of summer flowers in a footed pear-shaped glass vase in moss green, on a window sill. Behind the vase of flowers is a window with no visible view outside, however there are suggestions of a garden beyond the window, as evidenced by the green sections of paint in the top section of the window. The work is completed in an expressive style.
