Summary
A street scene with a column of soldiers wearing small pill box caps with a crowd of men and women beside the column in the foreground. Most of the people in the crowd are well dressed . Two men in white jackets and trousers are at the centre foreground with their backs to the viewer. There are two poorly dressed children at the centre left foreground. Georgian style buildings can be seen in the background.
