Summary

Male figure looking thoughtful wearing a grey suit stood to the right facing to the left. The left hand of the figure holds a letter with text relating to an artificial sunlight treatment for children. His right hand rests on the edge of a green door held ajar, revealing an interior. The interior space has the same male figure, grinning widely, wearing the same grey suit standing in the corner overseeing a group in the centre of the room. The group at the centre of the room is made up of two nurses kneeling to attend a number of children. Bright lights hang from the ceiling with their counter weights on the far left. The lights shine brightly upon the children.
