Summary

A view of Hall 'th' Wood, Bolton: a fine large hall, the left side of stone, the right side in the half-timbered Tudor style. A woman stands in the rear doorway, and a group of children play with a cat in a walled area in front of the hall. A man and woman walk up a road on the right of the hall. It seems to be a sunny, blustery day, as the shrubs in the hall's garden cast a shadow on the wall, and voluminous clouds appear high in the sky.
