Summary
Men at work in a gas plant. A group of men with shovels can be seen in the shadows to the bottom right corner. There is a gantry way to the upper background with a row of large pipes underneath. The pipes have chimneys which rise above the gantry platform. A horse and cart can be seen at the centre midground with a second in the background to the right and a third to the left edge.
