Summary

A street party scene on Bastille Day. There are two flag poles at the centre midground, one each side of a road way. They are flying the French tricolour. At the lower foreground there are two cafes, one to each side of the road. Chairs and tables can be seen on the pavement outside the cafe to the right. Outside the cafe to the left and across the road is a crowd of people. A line of buildings can be seen on the horizon to the upper left.
